MountainCreek01

Hole 1 Par 4

The tee shot is played from an elevated tee to a generous fairway. The ideal second shot is played from the left center of the fairway to the elevated green perched on top of a hill.

MountainCreek02

Hole 2 Par 4

This hole plays directly into the prevailing wind. The tee shot must be long and accurate. Aim at the distant grain silo. The second shot will require a wood or long iron to a generous green sloping from back to front.

MountainCreek03

Hole 3 Par 3

Don't be right here, and par should be routine. Try and remain below the hole, the green has a severe slope, especially when the pin is back right.

MountainCreek04

Hole 4 Par 5

A great birdie opportunity. This gentle dogleg right can be reached in two providing your tee shot is placed over the rise down the right center of the fairway. The key to birdie here is to avoid the bunker on the left and the trees on the right.

MountainCreek05

Hole 5 Par 4

This is one of the toughest par fours on the course. The drive must carry a rise in order to reach the best possible position for the second shot. If you miss this green make sure you miss it short, the green is narrow and severely elevated.

MountainCreek06

Hole 6 Par 4

A breather hole, playing downwind, the tee shot should carry down the sloping fairway permitting a short pitch to the large green. A definite birdie chance.

MountainCreek07

Hole 7 Par 3

This is the toughest par three on the course. Playing into the wind your tee shot must be long and accurate. Don't miss left. Take your three here and run.

MountainCreek08

Hole 8 Par 4

This is a short but dangerous hole. A sharp dogleg left, the tee shot should be no longer than 190 yds. any longer and you may be out of bounds. Be accurate here and a birdie is possible.

MountainCreek09

Hole 9 Par 5

One of the best par fives anywhere. The tee shot must carry the left corner of the fairway to provide an open second Shot. A creek comes into play 100 yds. from the large elevated well trapped green. A real risk-reward type challenge.

MountainCreek10

Hole 10 Par 4

A short, tricky hole. The tee shot must avoid the two fairway bunkers roughly 75 yrds short of the green. The green is narrow from front to back and should not be missed long. Play a smart tee shot and be rewarded.

MountainCreek11

Hole 11 Par 4

A great hole. The tee shot is played from an elevated tee across a large gorge containing a wide creek. The fairway narrows all the way to an elevated severely sloping green. Par here is a good score.

MountainCreek12

Hole 12 Par 4

The tee shot here should be placed down the right center of the fairway. This will allow a good look at the green perched high above the creek. Don't be short here.

MountainCreek13

Hole 13 Par 4

A beautiful hole. From the elevated tee, the tee shot must avoid a pond on the left and must carry the creek. To get a good look at the green the tee shot must carry the severe slope in the fairway.

MountainCreek14

Hole 14 Par 3

This is the shortest hole on the course. Par should be routine if you stay below the hole. The wind here can be tricky, making club selection difficult. Never be long here.

MountainCreek15

Hole 15 Par 4

Let out the shaft here, the fairway is generous and the straightaway hole plays downwind and downhill.  The green is large and is severely sloped from right to left.

MountainCreek16

Hole 16 Par 3

A very scenic hole. The tee is located high on a hill looking straight down to the green below. Pick the right club here and you'll reach the narrow green This is a challenging and beautiful par 3

MountainCreek17

Hole 17 Par 4

Don't let tile short yardage fool you. This hole plays into the wind and slightly uphill. Be short on your tee shot and you may be playing a blind second shot. The green is perched on a ledge and is long and narrow Careful !

MountainCreek18

Hole 18 Par 4

Water, water and more water. Accuracy off the tee is a must. The landing area is narrow and is guarded on both sides by ponds. The second shot is to a large green with a creek guarding the left side. Be straight and the final hole could yield an unexpected birdie.
